A Message from Our MD
As 2025 draws to a close, I’ve been reflecting on an exceptional year for Frewer Engineering. A year defined by growth, delivery, and most importantly the people who make Frewer what it is.
First and foremost, our team has grown again. We’ve welcomed new engineers who have strengthened our capability & expanded our capacity; organically growing the business whilst remaining true to our values of trust, initiative, innovation and collaboration.
That growth has been matched by performance. 2025 has been a record year for revenue, reflecting the confidence our customers place in us and the consistent quality of work delivered by the team. The balance of repeat and new customers makes me particularly proud, to be trusted once & trusted again as a long-term innovation partner.
This year has also presented fantastic challenges in new sectors, emerging technologies, and demanding programmes. Whether that’s been early-stage concept development, detailed analysis, or the delivery of complex test platforms and rigs, the team has risen to every challenge with professionalism and technical rigour.
On a personal note, 2025 was also a milestone year for me in being elected a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. This recognition reflects not just my own journey, but the environment and opportunities created at Frewer Engineering and the talented people I’ve had the privilege of working alongside.
Everything we’ve achieved this year comes back to the team. I’m incredibly proud of their high-quality engineering, dependable delivery, and collaborative partnerships that add value for our customers. They recognise the importance of their, often business-critical work, and the way the team consistently steps up to that responsibility is something that shouldn’t be taken for granted.
Looking ahead, I’m genuinely excited for 2026. We have strong momentum, an expanding customer base, and ambitious plans to continue growing while staying true to what makes Frewer Engineering different. If 2025 was about consolidation and confidence, in 2026 we will build on that foundation and push even further.
Thank you to our customers, partners, and, above all, the Frewer Engineering team for making 2025 such a standout year. I can’t wait to see what we achieve together next.

Christmas Cheer and Charity
This year’s Christmas party coincided with Save the Children UK’s Christmas Jumper Day, so the team leaned into the occasion with a full display of questionable knitwear and plenty of festive spirit, raising £209 from everyone who took part.
It was a welcome chance to step away from projects for a moment, enjoy some seasonal food, and, most importantly, support a brilliant cause helping children who need it most.
Days like this make a difference. They give us time to reconnect, reflect on the year we’ve shared, and remember the positive impact we can have beyond the day-to-day engineering challenges. We wish everyone a relaxing and well-deserved Christmas break!
