Client Case

Gibbs Humdinga Amphibious Vehicle

Find out more

We performed structural analysis and optimisation of a carbon-fibre boat hull for an advanced jet powered amphibious vehicle. During the process we efficiently iterated the composite lay-up resulting in a significant weight reduction, allowing the customer to meet speed and load bearing requirements. We delivered the project successfully and efficiently, helping the customer meet their target of a market ready product, accredited for land and sea operation, within 6 months.
