2024: A Year of Growth and Success

“As the year draws to a close, it’s incredible to reflect on what has been a transformative and record-breaking 2024 for our company. Since stepping into the role of Managing Director on 1st January, I’ve had the privilege of leading a talented and dedicated team through a year filled with milestones.

We achieved a record turnover this year, doubling the number of unique customers we served while expanding our work across multiple sectors, including aerospace, automotive, green technologies, marine, and defence. These achievements are a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the innovative solutions our team delivers.

Internally, we implemented a new organisational structure to facilitate growth and welcomed Ashley Belton as Operations Director. Ashley has already made a positive impact, further strengthening our leadership team. We are equally proud of our engineers who achieved chartership status this year, underscoring our commitment to professional development. Throughout the year, our team successfully met numerous design review milestones, demonstrating technical excellence and unwavering focus on delivering results.

2024 also saw us undergo a brand refresh, including the launch of a new website that better reflects our vision and values.

Thank you to our team, partners, and clients for making 2024 such an outstanding year. Here’s to building on this momentum in 2025!”

Double Chartership

Our team of talented Chartered Engineers has grown again with the addition of Sam Hall (left) and Leon Harman (right), having been elected as new Members of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE) in December 2024. This marks an important milestone in their careers and showcases Frewer Engineering’s commitment to maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD), achieve further accreditation and mentor our engineers to realise their full potential. We congratulate Sam and Leon on this significant achievement, and we wish them best in their continuing key roles as Lead Engineers in our business.

Attendance at London Climate Technology Show and London EV Show

Our engineers recently attended the London Climate Technology Show and the London EV Show, where they had the incredible opportunity to network with a wide array of professionals from the energy sector. These events provided a platform for us to make new connections, share ideas, and discuss the challenges and opportunities in the transition to sustainable energy. Our team was able to convey how Frewer Engineering can support companies in achieving their goals through innovative solutions and expert consultancy, solidifying our presence as a key player in the energy and electric vehicle industries.
